Common use of Waiver and Release by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Release by Tenant. Tenant waives and releases all Claims that Tenant may have resulting from Landlord’s re-entry and taking possession of the Premises pursuant to this Article 14 by any lawful means and removing and storing Tenant’s property as permitted under this Lease, regardless of whether this Lease is terminated. No such reentry which is made in accordance with this Article 14 is to be considered or construed as a forcible entry by Landlord.
