Common use of Waiver and Release by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Release by Tenant. Tenant waives and releases all Claims Tenant may have resulting from Landlord's re-entry and taking possession of the Premises by any lawful means and removing, storing or disposing of Tenant's property as permitted under this Lease, regardless of whether this Lease is terminated and, to the fullest extent allowable under the Laws, Tenant releases and will indemnify, protect, defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to Landlord) and hold harmless the Landlord Parties from and against any and all Claims arising therefrom. No such reentry is to be considered or construed as a forcible entry by Landlord.
