WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT. In exchange for the severance payments and benefits provided to me pursuant to Section 7.05 and 7.06 (collectively, the “Severance Benefits”) of that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of [ ], by and among Funko, Inc. (“Company”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (the “Employee”) (the “Employment Agreement”), the Employee freely and voluntarily agrees to enter into and be bound by this Waiver and Release of Claims Agreement (this “Release”).
