Waiver and Release of Contractor’s Rights. Contractor hereby confirms its willingness and ability to comply with the requirements of this Article 18. Contractor’s failure to first comply with the requirements of this Article 18, including the timely notice requirements, shall constitute a waiver and release by Contractor of any and all rights to pursue a Claim as defined in Article 20 below.
