Common use of WAIVER BENEFIT Clause in Contracts

WAIVER BENEFIT. (a) The College agrees to provide unit members, on or about May 1st of each year, the following amounts in exchange for a waiver of health insurance benefits for the year: $500 (for waiver of single coverage) or $1000 (for waiver of family coverage). Part-time unit members shall be eligible for the health insurance waiver benefit determined in the same manner as full-time members.

WAIVER BENEFIT. (a) The College agrees to provide unit members, on On or about May 1st of each year, the following amounts in exchange for a College agrees to provide unit members their waiver benefits of health insurance benefits for the year: $500 700 (for waiver of single coverage) or $1000 1400 (for waiver of family coverage), pursuant to Section 13.9 in a separate check, less mandated federal and state deductions. Part-time unit members Retirees who are eligible for retiree health insurance coverage under this Agreement shall also be eligible for the health insurance waiver benefit determined in the same manner as full-time membersunder Section 13.9.
