Waiver for 6th Day Shooting Schedules in Studio Workweek. Provided each Performer is given at least thirty-six (36) consecutive hours off in each seven (7) days and subject to each Performer's prior written consent, a Performer may be called for work on a sixth consecutive day of work without the payment of a premium. The sixth day for both Day Performers and Weekly Performers must be limited to eight (8) consecutive straight time hours. Any time worked beyond the eighth hour on the sixth day must be paid at the overtime rates described in Section 6 above.
