WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Section 19.1 In cases of emergency declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Board of Lorain County Commissioners, the Federal or State Legislature, the Police or Fire Chief, City Manager or Oberlin City Council, such as acts of God or civil disorder, the following conditions of this Agreement may automatically be suspended at the discretion of the City:
