Common use of WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Clause in Contracts

WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. SECTION 29.1. In case of a publicly declared emergency, defined as Acts of God or civil disorder, declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Belmont County 911 or the Federal or State Legislature, the following conditions of this Agreement may be suspended by the Employer until the emergency is over:
