Related to Waiver of a Violation

  • Waiver of Breach The waiver by either party of the breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either party.

  • No Waiver of Sovereign Immunity Nothing in the Contract will be construed as a waiver of the System Agency’s or the State’s sovereign immunity. This Contract shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any of the privileges, rights, defenses, remedies, or immunities available to the System Agency or the State of Texas.
