Waiver of Buyer’s Conditions to Close of Escrow. Buyer may unilaterally waive, in writing, any or all of the conditions described in Section 5.1. If Buyer elects to proceed with the Close of Escrow, notwithstanding the nonsatisfaction of a condition in Section 5.1, there shall be no liability on the part of County for breaches of representations and warranties of which Buyer had knowledge as of the Closing Date.
