Common use of Waiver of Demonstration Flight Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Demonstration Flight. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Agreement requiring the Aircraft to be test flown prior to delivery for the purpose of demonstrating to Buyer the functioning of such Aircraft and its equipment, upon notice to Boeing at least 90 days prior to the scheduled date of the Aircraft delivery, or as agreed between the parties, Buyer may waive such flight. With respect to each waived demonstration flight, the following provisions will apply:
