Waiver of notice period. Each Lender that is a party to the Existing Credit Agreement hereby waives the three (3) Business Days’ notice requirement for termination of the commitments as set forth in Section 2.08 of the Existing Credit Agreement and each such Lender agrees that upon the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Existing Credit Agreement shall be deemed terminated.
