WAIVER OF OTHER RIGHTS. In consideration of the payments and benefits provided for in this Section, the Executive (i) hereby waives any right to, and agrees not to file any claim for, unemployment compensation in the event of any termination of his employment with the Company, and (ii) hereby waives any right to, and agrees not to file any claim for, any severance pay or other compensation to which he may be entitled under federal labor law.
