  • Presentment The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in MidFirst’s sole discretion subject to the Account Agreement & Disclosure governing your account.

  • Time for Payment Interconnection Customer must provide the additional Security, in a form and with terms as required by Section 212.4, within 15 days after its receipt of Transmission Provider’s notice under this section.   • Security for Payment To secure payment of all obligations due hereunder, the Customer hereby grants to Custodian a continuing security interest in and right of setoff against each Account and all Property held therein from time to time in the full amount of such obligations; provided that, if there is more than one Account and the obligations secured pursuant to this Section can be allocated to a specific Account or the Portfolio related to such Account, such security interest and right of setoff will be limited to Property held for that Account only and its related Portfolio. In any such case and without limiting the foregoing, Custodian shall be entitled to take such other action(s) or exercise such other options, powers and rights as Custodian now or hereafter has as a secured creditor under the New York Uniform Commercial Code or any other applicable law.

  • DISHONOUR OF PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS In the event of dishonour of any payment instruments or any payment instructions by or on behalf of the Allottee for any reason whatsoever, then the same shall be treated as a default and the Promoter may at its sole discretion be entitled to exercise any recourse available herein. Further, the Promoter shall intimate the Allottee of the dishonour of the cheque and the Allottee would be required to promptly tender a Demand Draft of the outstanding amounts including interest at the Applicable Interest Rate from the due date till the date of receipt by the Promoter of all the amounts including the dishonour charges of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) (for each dishonour). In the event the said Demand Draft is not tendered within 7 (seven) days then the Promoter shall be entitled to cancel the allotment, subject to provisions hereunder. In the event the Allottee comes forward to pay the entire outstanding amounts, interest and penalty thereof, the Promoter may consider the same at its sole discretion. In the event of dishonour of any cheque, the Promoter has no obligation to return the original dishonoured cheque.

  • Request for Payment A. Not more than once every thirty days the Consultant shall file its request for payment, accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the City justifying the request for payment, including a report of Work accomplished and tasks completed, and an itemization of Eligible Expenses with copies of receipts and invoices.

  • Due date for payment The settlement date for each Tax Invoice issued by the Distributor must be the 20th day of the month in which the Tax Invoice is received, or if the 20th day of the month is not a Working Day, the first Working Day after the 20th day. However, if the Distributor fails to send a Tax Invoice to the Trader within 10 Working Days after the last day of the month to which the Tax Invoice relates, the due date for payment is extended by 1 Working Day for each Working Day that the Tax Invoice is late.

  • Applications for Payment 9.3.1 At least ten days before the date for each progress payment established in the State- Contractor Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect an itemized Application for Payment, notarized if required, supported by such data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the State or the Architect may require. The application for payment must, at a minimum, reflect retainage and the required waivers of lien and any other support documentation enumerated elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
