Waiver of Real Property Law Section 227. The Company hereby waives the provisions of Section 227 of the Real Property Law of the State or any law of like import now or hereafter in effect.

This Article 13 constitutes an express agreement governing any case of damage or destruction of the Premises or the Building by fire or other casualty, and Section 227 of the Real Property Law of the State of New York, which provides for such contingency in the absence of an express agreement, and any other law of like nature and purpose now or hereafter in force, shall have no application in any such case.
