Waiver of Redemption and Damages. Concessionaire hereby waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or luture law or statute in the event it is dispossessed for any cause, or in the event City obtains or retains possession of the Premises in any lawlul manner. Concessionaire lurther agrees that in the event the manner of method employed by City in reentering or regaining possession of the Premises gives rise to a cause of action in Concessionaire in forcible entry and detainer under the Laws of the State of California, the total amount of damages to which Concessionaire shall be entitled in any such action shall be the sum of One ($1) Dollar, and Concessionaire agrees that this provision may be filed in any such action as its stipulation fixing the amount of damages to which it is entitled.
