Slavery Disclosure Ordinance. Unless otherwise exempt, this Contract is subject to the Slavery Disclosure Ordinance, Section 10.41 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, as amended from time to time. CONTRACTOR certifies that it has complied with the applicable provisions of the Slavery Disclosure Ordinance. Failure to fully and accurately complete the affidavit may result in termination of this Contract.
Slavery Disclosure Ordinance. This Lease is subject to the applicable provisions of the Slavery Disclosure Ordinance. ("SDO") (Section 10.41, et seq, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code), a copy of which is attached hereto starting on page A-9 in Exhibit A. Unless otherwise exempt in accordance with the provision of this Ordinance, Landlord certifies that it has complied with the applicable provisions of the Ordinance. Under the provisions of Section 10.41.2(b) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, City has the authority, under appropriate circumstances, to terminate this Lease and otherwise pursue legal remedies that may be available to City if City determines that the Landlord failed to fully and accurately complete the SDO affidavit or otherwise violated any provision of the SDO.

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required.
