Waiver of Rights to Recover Possession. In the event Landlord terminates Tenant’s right to possession of the Premises pursuant to Section 18.2(c), Tenant hereby waives any rights to recover or regain possession of the Premises under any rights of redemption to which it may be entitled by or under any present or future law, including, without limitation, California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1174 and 1179 or any successor provisions.

The State also reserves the right to make purchases outside of the awarded contracts where it is deemed in the best interest of the State.
