Waiver of Seattle Sick and Safe Leave Ordinance. The provisions of Seattle City Ordinance Number 123698, Chapter 14.16 of the Seattle Municipal Code establishing minimum standards for the provision of paid sick and safe time shall not apply to any employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement. The requirements of this Ordinance are expressly waived.
