Waiver/PLC Days. 18 All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement will not have their days/hours 19 of work reduced or eliminated due to waiver/PLC days. Employees may trade waiver days to 20 attend any preapproved training outside their regular shift or on Saturdays.
