Common use of Waivers of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Waivers of Subrogation. 8.24.8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subrecipient hereby waives its rights and its insurer(s)' rights of recovery against County under all the Required Insurance for any loss arising from or relating to this Subaward. Subrecipient shall require its insurers to execute any waiver of subrogation endorsements which may be necessary to effect such waiver.
