Waiver of Insurers. Each party shall cause each property insurance policy required to be obtained by it pursuant to Sections 20 and 21 to provide that the insurer waives all rights of recovery by way of subrogation against either Landlord or Tenant, as the case may be, in connection with any claims, losses and damages covered by such policy. If either party fails to maintain property insurance required hereunder, such insurance shall be deemed to be self-insured with a deemed full waiver of subrogation as set forth in the immediately preceding sentence.
