Common use of Walks Replaced Clause in Contracts

Walks Replaced. In the event that the Contractor damages any sidewalks or walks not in the project’s scope of Work, the Contractor shall repair and/or replace such sidewalks to restore the damaged sidewalks to the condition existing prior to the damage caused by the Contractor. Any costs related to this Work shall be borne solely by the Contractor and shall not be included in any requests for payments pursuant to this Contract.
