Wall Decorations. Except as expressly approved in writing by Landlord, no tenant shall mark, drive nails, screw, or drill into any brick or masonry walls or in any way deface any building or any premises for any purpose whatsoever, except that tenant may drive nails or screws into sheetrock or plaster walls as necessary for supporting pictures, paintings, and other similar decorative items, provided that the weight thereof does not exceed fifteen (15)
