Wall or Building Mounted Signs. One (1) business identification wall sign may be placed on an exterior building or structure wall in each development. However, in no case shall the total area of all signage exceed ten percent (10%) of the face of the wall on which it is mounted. Only the name, business title or logo will be allowed.
