Wall Washing. After cleaning, the surfaces of all walls must have a uniformly clean appearance, be free from dirt, stains, streaks, lint, and cleaning marks. Painted surfaces must not be unduly damaged. Hard finish wainscot or glazed ceramic tile surfaces must be bright, free of film streaks and deposits.
