Warehouse Accidents Steps. Every employee involved in an accident, if not incapacitated, shall: (a) Immediately stop, (b) Immediately Notify your Supervisor, (c) Follow instructions from Supervisor, (d) Contain and prevent any further incidents, (e) Fill out the incident report immediately upon direction from supervisor, (f) If necessary, the employee will be sent to the clinic to be checked out for any injuries immediately, (g) If the employee is not able to follow all steps above due to injury the reports will have to be completed upon return date.
