Warranties by Contractor. A. The Contractor’s standard of service under this agreement shall be of the level of quality performed by businesses regularly rendering this type of durable goods. The Contractor warrants that the repairs shall be free of defects for a period of one year. B. The Contractor warrants that it has all the skills and experience necessary to provide the durable goods it is to provide pursuant to this agreement. The Contractor may rely upon the accuracy of reports and surveys provided to it by the City except when defects should have been apparent to a reasonably competent contractor or when it has actual notice of any defects in the reports and surveys.
