Warranties; Covenants; Disclaimers by Surescripts. Surescripts represents, warrants and covenants that it will perform the Services and provide access to the Portal substantially as described in its written documentation. Except for the foregoing sentence, the Services and access to the Portal are provided “as is”. ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICES OR THE PORTAL (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE DISCLAIMED. Surescripts does not warrant that the Services or the Portal will meet Your requirements or that they will operate without interruption or be error free.
