Services and access to the Portal. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Customer Connect Portal User Agreement and the Service Description (together with the “Contract”) we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to use the Services and the deliverables provided as part of the Services, if any, and if part of the Service, access the Portal for your internal business purposes.
Services and access to the Portal. Subject to the terms of the Customer Contract, ABB grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to use the Services and the deliverables provided as part of the Services, if any, and access the Portal for Customer's internal business purposes. Where expressly set out in an Order or STC, Cus- tomer may permit third parties under contract with Customer to use the Services and access the Portal for (i) supporting Customer's internal business purposes; or (ii) purposes of such third parties receiving a service from Customer. Customer is responsible for any activities of such third parties.
