Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Schedule 2.23 attached hereto contains a true, correct and complete (i) list of all product liability claims made against the Company from January 1, 1995 through the date hereof, the current status of all such claims and the costs of all actions taken in satisfaction of such claims and (ii) summary of the Company's warranty policy. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.29: (a) neither the Company nor the Subsidiary has made any express warranties and guaranties with respect to any products manufactured or sold or services rendered in the operation of the Business, and (b) no claims have been asserted during the past three (3) years that any product of the Company or the Subsidiary was defective or caused any injury or harm to any person or property, including all such claims relating to returns, express or implied warranty violations, failure to warn or similar matters.
Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.1(u), such Assignor has not made any express warranties or guarantees with respect to any services rendered in the operation of such Assignor's Business.

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Item 3.26 of the Memorandum contains a true, correct and complete (i) list of all warranty claims and product liability claims made against the Company from June 1, 2000 through the date hereof, the current status of all such claims and the costs of all actions taken in satisfaction of such claims and (ii) summary of the Company's warranty policy, except for routine help calls for bugs in the software products of the Company. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.
Warranty and Product Liability Claims. (a) Except as disclosed on SCHEDULE 7.24(a), there are no written warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any products manufactured or sold or services rendered in connection with the Business, and no claims are pending or asserted or, to the Knowledge of Selling Group, threatened that any product of Selling Group was defective or caused any injury or harm to any Person or property, including all such claims or allegations relating to returns, express or implied warranty violations, failure to warn or similar matters. To the Knowledge of each member of Selling Group, no Person has any basis upon which to make any such claims. All pending or, to the Knowledge of any Selling Group member, threatened or asserted claims set forth on SCHEDULE 7.24(a) are covered by insurance and are not subject to any deductibles other than the amount of the deductible set forth opposite such claim on such Schedule. There are no statements, citations or decisions specifically directed to Selling Group by any governmental entity stating that any product manufactured, marketed or distributed at any time by any Selling Group member is defective or unsafe or fails to meet any standards promulgated by any such governmental entity. There have been no recalls with respect to any product manufactured, marketed or distributed within the past five (5) years by any Selling Group member with a value greater than $10,000 and to the knowledge of Selling Group, no such recall is threatened.
Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Except as set forth on Schedule 2.1.21, Seller has not made any express warranties or guarantees with respect to any products manufactured or sold or services rendered in the operation of the Business. Except as described on Schedule 2.1.21, no claims have been asserted since November 20, 1996 that any product of Seller, or to Seller's knowledge during the past two years that any product of Seller (or any predecessor of Seller), was defective or caused any injury or harm to any person, including all such claims and allegations relating to returns, express or implied warranty violations, failure to warn or similar matters. To Seller's knowledge, no basis exists for any person to make any such claim, except as described on Schedule 2.1.21.
