WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, Lease beyond applicable notice and cure periods and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that Sublessor's knowledge the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth hereinmodified, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Except as expressly set forth herein, Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that (i) the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that (ii) Sublessor has received no knowledge notice of any claim by Lessor Landlord that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and (v) Sublessor shall continue to perform its obligations under the Master Lease throughout the Term of this Sublease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, now and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is Is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants Xxxxxxxxx xarrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that the Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor Landlord that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, ; that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and ; that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not nownow and, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof hereof, will not be, be in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof Commencement Date (as defined below) will not be, in material default or material breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Master Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, is in full force and effect and that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor Lessor, as defined in the Master Lease, that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease. Attached hereto as Exhibit “B” is a full and correct copy of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth hereinin Section 2 above, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Lessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be in default or breach of any of the provisions under the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, provided herein and that neither Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor nor, to Sublessor’s knowledge, Landlord is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease Leases has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that the Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor Landlord that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth hereinmodified, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof of this Sublease will not be, be in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof (as set forth below) will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee Sublessees that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master LeaseLease and no knowledge of any material default or material breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease by Lessor.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that Sublessor’s knowledge the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth hereinmodified, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease. Sublessor further warrants that the copy of the Master Lease attached hereto as Exhibit ‘B’ is a true, correct and complete copy and that there are no amendments to the Master Lease except as set forth in Exhibit ‘B’.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that it has delivered a true and complete copy of the Master Lease to Sublessee, the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor Sublessor, is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that the Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in to Sublessor's knowledge, the default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, ,and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor Landlord that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that (a) Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof Commencement Date (as defined below) will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that (b) Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, (c) the Master Lease is in full force and effect, and (d) the Master Lease has not been modified or amended, except as set forth herein.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that the Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Sublease Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor Landlord that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth in Exhibit A herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease attached as Exhibit "B" has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.

WARRANTY BY SUBLESSOR. Sublessor warrants and represents to Sublessee that the Master Lease has not been amended or modified except as expressly set forth herein, that Sublessor is not now, and as of the commencement of the Term hereof will not be, be in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease, and that Sublessor has no knowledge of any claim by Lessor that Sublessor is in default or breach of any of the provisions of the Master Lease.
