Common use of Warranty for repairs Clause in Contracts

Warranty for repairs. The Company warrants its temporary repair, to the satisfaction of the Municipality until such time as the final repair is completed by the Company, or, where the Municipality is performing the final repair, for a period of two (2) years or until such time as the final repair is completed by the Municipality, whichever is earlier. The Company shall warrant its final repairs for a period of two (2) years from the date of their completion.
