Warranty Information. 13.1 BY PURCHASING, RESELING OR USING THE MOONBIKES MOTORS PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING: • 2 YEARS OR 1500 KM (932 MILES) LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE SNOW BIKE, EXCLUDING WEARING PARTS (TRACK, SLIDES, CARBIDE, SKI, BRAKE PADS AND DISC, SHOCK ABSORBERS) AND BATTERY, FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER • 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE BATTERY FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER 13.2 THIS WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONBIKES MOTORS DOES NOT INTEND TO EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS CUSTOMER MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT.
