Warranty of accuracy of information. (a) Subject to clause 3.10(b), each party represents and warrants to the other that all material information provided by the first-mentioned party to the other, whether pursuant to this agreement or otherwise, in relation to use of the Network is, to the first-mentioned party’s knowledge, accurate in all material respects and is not, whether by omission or otherwise, misleading.
