Warranty of Contractor – Compliance with all Laws. The Contractor warrants that Contractor shall keep informed of, observe, comply with, and cause all of its agents and personnel to observe and comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and rules and regulations, made pursuant to such laws, which in any way affect the conduct of work under this contract. If any conflict arises between provisions of the scope of work or specifications in this contract and any law, then the Contractor shall immediately notify the County in writing.
