Budget Adjustments. The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
Budget Adjustments. The foregoing notwithstanding, the parties acknowledge that the costs listed in the Project Budget are estimated. Therefore, Participant may shift funds between the line items associated with each category provided that the totals for each category as set forth in the Project Budget are not exceeded. Any variance between budget categories or other budget modifications will be reviewed in accordance with MassTech’s Budget Guidelines in effect at the time.
Budget Adjustments. Grantee may expend Grant Funds that differ from the amounts shown for each category or line item shown in the Project budget included in this Exhibit A (the “Budget”) by up to and including 25% without the prior consent of Agency’s Grant Manager. Grantee may expend Grant Funds that differ from the amounts shown for each category or line item in the Budget by more than 25% with the prior written approval of Agency’s Grant Manager, as long as the total amount expended for all Project activities paid for with Grant Funds does not exceed the amount identified in Section 6 of this Grant. Indirect/ administrative costs must be charged as described in this Exhibit A, if applicable, regardless of any adjustments to the Budget. Any adjustments that result in an increase to the amount identified in Section 6 may not be done without an amendment to this Grant.
Budget Adjustments. If this agreement is budget based, the budget attached to this agreement will be the basis for DHHS's payments to the Subrecipient. The Subrecipient shall not transfer budgeted funds from program costs to either administrative costs or capital expenditures without DHHS’s prior written approval. The Subrecipient shall not transfer budgeted funds between administrative costs and capital expenditures without DHHS’s prior written approval. The Subrecipient may transfer funds from administrative costs or capital expenditures to program costs without prior approval. The Subrecipient may transfer funds between subcategories within each major category without prior approval if there are no restrictions on expenditures within those subcategories.
Budget Adjustments. Without contract modifications, Contractor may adjust budgeted individual direct cost category line items by no more than 10% of that direct cost category line item subject to the following situations:
Budget Adjustments. In order to insure effective administration and performance of approved CDBG Projects and to meet HUD performance standards, Sub-recipient agrees to submit budget adjustments for City approval. City will consult its Citizen Participation Plan prior to approving said amendment. Budget Adjustments received after June 1, 2021 will not be considered.
Budget Adjustments. The Grantee shall identify budget changes on its Financial Reports submitted to the Authority. At least quarterly, the Authority will compare actual costs to budgeted distributions based on the Financial Report/Request for Reimbursement form. Costs charged to grant funds must reflect adjustments made as a result of the activity actually performed. The budget estimates or other distribution percentages must be revised at least quarterly, if necessary, to reflect changed circumstances.
Budget Adjustments. Budget adjustments must be requested in writing by the SUBRECIPIENT. Upon receipt of the request, the AUTHORITY shall have thirty-five (35) business days to provide written approval or disapproval of the budget adjustment. If no action is taken within thirty-five (35) working days, the budget adjustment shall be deemed approved. Expenditure of funds in excess of any line-item will not be considered an eligible PROJECT cost. The addition of any new line-item, or any line- item changes which represent a deviation from the PROJECT as described in the APPLICATION, shall require a prior written amendment to this Contract.
Budget Adjustments. A. The City reserves the right to withdraw such funds as the City may deem appropriate at any time while this Agreement is in effect from the Budget of the Subrecipient if the Subrecipient is not in the opinion of the City spending at a reasonable rate, is not providing services at a level consistent with the approved Agreement, is not providing proper reports, or is not maintaining adequate records
Budget Adjustments a. Contractor agrees to adhere to the budget included herein. Notwithstanding the above, Contractor may submit requests for budget adjustments to reallocate funds contained in Exhibit “B.” Requests must be submitted in advance, in writing and include showing of good cause that advances the overall purpose of the Agreement.
