Warranty Pass-On. 2.4.1 If requested by Customer and agreed to by CFM in writing, CFM will extend warranty support for Engines sold by Customer to commercial airline operators, or to other aircraft operators. Such warranty support will be limited to the New Engine Warranty, New Parts Warranty, Ultimate Life Warranty and Campaign Change Warranty and will require such operator(s) to agree in writing to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions, including the limitations, applicable to such warranties. 2.4.2 Any warranties set forth herein shall not be transferable to a third party, merging company or an acquiring entity of Customer. 2.4.3 In the event Customer is merged with, or acquired by, another aircraft operator which has a general terms agreement with CFM, the Warranties as set forth herein shall apply to the Engines, Modules, and Parts.
