Aircraft Information. 5.1 Aircraft Information is defined as that data provided by Customer to Boeing which falls into one of the following categories: (i) aircraft operational information (including, but not limited to, flight hours, departures, schedule reliability, engine hours, number of aircraft, aircraft registries, landings, and daily utilization and schedule interruptions for Boeing model aircraft); (ii) summary and detailed shop findings data; (iii) line maintenance data; (iv) airplane message data, (v) scheduled maintenance data; (vi) service bulletin incorporation; and (vii) aircraft data generated or received by equipment installed on Customer’s aircraft in analog or digital form including but not limited to information regarding the state, condition, performance, location, setting, or path of the aircraft and associated systems, sub-systems and components.

Aircraft Information. During the Term, Lessee agrees to furnish or cause to be furnished to Lessor the following information, in writing, with respect to the Aircraft: (i) on a monthly basis, within ten (10) days following the last day of each Rent Period a monthly utilization report with respect to the Aircraft, Engines, Landing Gear, APU and Parts reflecting the Flight Hours and Cycles of operation thereof, (ii) within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence or detection thereof, any accident or incident information with respect to the Airframe or any of the Engines in circumstances where the resulting damage to the Aircraft from such accident or incident to the Airframe or any of the Engines exceeds $100,000.00, (iii) promptly upon the request of Lessor, the status of any claims for damages (whether with respect to any Airframe or Engine or any other Item of Equipment, or against Lessor or Lessee) arising out of the use, operation, lease, sublease, sub-sublease or condition of the Airframe, Engines or any other Item of Equipment and/or the amount of taxes paid with respect thereto, (iv) upon request, those portions of the Maintenance Program relating to the maintenance status of the Aircraft, and (v) from time to time such other information as Lessor may reasonably request, including information concerning the location, condition, use and operation of the Aircraft and the Engines.

(1) Aircraft(s) Footprint Diagram.
(2) Aircraft(s) Tire contact patches.
(3) Aircraft(s) weight distribution on each landing gear/tire for maximum gross weight and nominal center of gravity.
(4) Aircraft(s) trim flight control positions (i.e., collective, pedal, lateral cyclic, longitudinal cyclic) showing margins in forward, sideward and rearward flight.
(5) Aircraft(s) dynamic tipover constraints or analysis.
(6) Aircraft(s) turning radii for deck spotting.
(7) Aircraft(s) plots showing any associated down-wash hazard-areas and any electromagnetic hazard-areas.
(8) Aircraft(s)’ pilot’s rectilinear vision plot (i.e., field of view plot).
(9) Aircraft(s) tie down analysis.
(10) Information relating to the aircraft’s Electro-Magnetic (EM) Interference, EM compatibility, EM vulnerability.
