Common use of WARRANTY/QUALITY Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY/QUALITY. Unless a longer warranty is called for below, or elsewhere in this Agreement, the Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or service performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a period of one (1) year from filing the Notice of Completion with the county in which the Project is located. All workmanship and merchandise must be warranted to be in compliance with applicable California energy, conservation, environmental, and educational standards. 25.1. Contractor shall provide the following warranties, at a minimum: 25.1.1. Any warranty required to qualify the PV System for NEM 2.0 25.1.2. 5-year complete PV System warranty 25.1.3. 25-year PV panel warranty 25.1.4. 10-year inverter warranty 25.1.5. 10-year roof and building penetration warranty 25.2. Contractor shall provide a copy of the installation and product warranties prior to installation. Upon completion of the Project, Contractor shall transfer and convey to the District, all warranty documentation and shall assist the District in completing any warranty or submittal forms which are required in order to effectuate coverage of the warranties required herein and all my otherwise be available to the District.
