TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD LICENSING All that deal in motor vehicles shall maintain current licenses that are required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code. If at any time during this Agreement term, any required Contractor license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, Contractor shall be in default of this Agreement, unless the Texas Motor Vehicle Board issues a stay or waiver. Contractor shall promptly provide copies of all current applicable Texas Motor Vehicle Board documentation to H-GAC upon request.

Availability Control Personal Data will be protected against accidental or unauthorized destruction or loss. Measures: • SAP employs regular backup processes to provide restoration of business-critical systems as and when necessary. • SAP uses uninterrupted power supplies (for example: UPS, batteries, generators, etc.) to protect power availability to the Data Centers. • SAP has defined business contingency plans for business-critical processes and may offer disaster recovery strategies for business critical Services as further set out in the Documentation or incorporated into the Order Form for the relevant Cloud Service. • Emergency processes and systems are regularly tested.
REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required.
