(c) Waste pipes and taps shall be free of defects with no leaks or drips, (d) Taps to be easy to operate. (e) Taps shall be in good condition (i.e. no dripping) and easy to operate by children or people with finger mobility problems. (f) A mirror and towel rail shall be provided. (g) Light fittings shall be of a sealed type appropriate for bathrooms.
