If We cancel this Agreement, We will mail You written notice of the cancellation including reason for and effective date at least twenty one (21) days prior to the effective date of such cancellation. The following is added to Section “Dispute Resolution”: Nothing in Section “Dispute Resolution” shall invalidate Washington state law(s) which would otherwise be applicable to any arbitration proceeding arising from this Agreement.
