Common use of WASHROOMS Clause in Contracts

WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall permit the Tenant and its employees, in common with others entitled thereto, to use the washrooms in the Building on the floor or floors in which the Leased Premises are situate.

WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall permit the Tenant and its employees, the employees of the Tenant in common with others entitled thereto, to use the washrooms in on the same floor of the Building on the floor or floors in which the Leased Premises are situatesituate or, in lieu thereof, those washrooms designated by the Landlord save and except when the general water supply may be turned off from the public main, or at any such other times when repair and maintenance undertaken by the Landlord shall necessitate the non-use of the facilities.

WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall permit the Sub-Tenant and its employees, in common with others entitled thereto, to use the washrooms in the Building on the floor or floors in which the Leased Premises are situate.

WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall will permit the Tenant and its subtenants and licensees and its and their respective employees, customers, agents and invitees in common with others entitled thereto, thereto to use the washrooms in the Building on the floor or floors in on which the Leased Premises are situatesituate and to use such other washrooms in the Building as have been designated for use by the Tenant and its subtenants and licensees or as have been designated for the common use of all tenants of the Building.

WASHROOMS. The Landlord shall permit the Tenant and its employees, employees and invitees in common with others entitled thereto, thereto to use the washrooms in the Building on the floor or floors in on which the Leased Premises are situate and to provide in such washrooms washroom supplies to a standard consistent with the standards of prudent landlords from time to time for similar commercial office buildings of similar quality and location in the city in which the Building is situate.
