Common use of WASHROOMS Clause in Contracts

WASHROOMS. Public washrooms are located across the street from the Mill proper, at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, inside the Carriage Shed. For rental functions held outside of the Carriage Shed, the Carriage Shed facilities will remain open during the rental period.

WASHROOMS. Public washrooms are located across the street from the Mill proper, at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, inside the Carriage Shed. For rental functions held outside of the Carriage Shed, the Carriage Shed facilities will remain open during the rental period. Although there is a ramp to enter the Carriage Shed, there are no automatic doors, and there are ledges/lips and uneven flooring to maneuver. While the washroom facilities are large enough to accommodate a mobility device, they are not fully accessible. We suggest assistance to ensure safe access and use of the washrooms.
