Waste Disposal Standards. 6.1. Contractor must move all collected trash to the Purchaser’s designated trash areas for disposal. Trash shall not be left within the public way or within the public view. Contractor shall ensure that all its employees are properly trained in the proper disposal of trash. 6.2. Solid wastes that contain no hazardous characteristics or contamination by regulated substances may be disposed of responsibly in available on-site trash receptacles or dumpsters. Recyclable materials must be collected and disposed as required by Purchaser.
