Waste Handling. Operator, as Owner's agent and at Owner's expense, shall arrange for the handling and proper preparation for disposal of all wastes produced by the Cogen Facility, other than such wastes as will be disposed of under the terms of the Boiler Ash Disposal Agreement (if any), provided that Owner shall be responsible for selection of the site for disposal of all Hazardous Substances produced by the Cogen Facility and shall sign all required manifests and shipping forms as the generator of such wastes.
