WASTE MATERIAL DEFINITION. Waste material is defined as all dirt, rock, mud, or related material that is extraneous or unsuitable for construction material. Waste material, as used in Section 4 EXCAVATION, is not organic debris.

  • 020 Definitions The following definitions shall be applicable to this chapter:
