Related Material definition

Related Material means, with respect to licensed materials, any other software, data or other material, in each case that is incorporated into or includes, relies on, is linked to or with, is derived from in any manner (in whole or in part), or is distributed with such licensed material.
Related Material means all of the printed material, documentation, and/or media provided with the Product by the Partner or by IDYAM for use with the Product.
Related Material means any progeny, modification or derivative of a Product.
