Common use of WASTEWATER TREATMENT CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

WASTEWATER TREATMENT CONSTRUCTION. Prior to incurring costs for any wastewater treatment construction in Attachment A, Subrecipient shall provide documentation of an approved permit or amendment(s) to an existing permit for such activities from the TCEQ's Water Quality Division. In addition, Subrecipient shall provide documentation to the GLO that an approved new or amended Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN), or equivalent permit or authority for the area to be served has been issued by the TCEQ.
